Founder
A serial entrepreneur in the technology, media, sports and entertainment sectors, Jonathan has held senior executive roles at David Lloyd Leisure. A former international tennis player and Wimbledon competitor, his vision for Padel XTRA brings elite-level experience and strategic insight to the court.
Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years of experience in leisure and fitness, Steven was Sales & Operations Director at David Lloyd Leisure, overseeing operations for more than 600,000 members. He is the founder of Virtus Leisure and Chairman of the Tennis Industry Association UK. As part of the leadership behind the sale of David Lloyd Leisure, Steven brings exceptional operational scale and commercial execution to the team.
Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned investment professional with 25 years of experience at a FTSE 100 company, William brings a sharp focus on strategic growth and long-term value creation. An international padel player for Team GB, he combines financial acumen with deep insight into the sport’s global potential.
Construction Director
With over 35 years in construction across public and private sectors, Craig’s expertise spans complex civil engineering, offshore projects, and international site management. His senior project leadership ensures every Padel XTRA facility meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
