Padel XTRA is a hub for Padel coaching development – powered by our partnership with Virtus Leisure Management, the only LTA-licensed Coach Development Centre for padel in Kent, Surrey & Sussex. Every member of a Padel XTRA club gains access to elite coaching programmes led by LTA-qualified professionals, including expert Level 5 instructors.
From beginner workshops to full LTA Level 2 certifications, our structured coaching pathway ensures players of all levels receive world-class instruction. MEET THE TEAM
Toby Bawden is one of the UK’s leading padel coaching tutors and a driving force behind Padel XTRA’s elite training programmes. With over a decade of experience, he has coached and mentored hundreds of aspiring instructors through LTA-certified courses and helped launch padel sites across the country.
A former top-20 UK-ranked player and founder of multiple padel ventures, Toby brings unmatched expertise both on and off the court. His sessions blend high performance with fun, making him the perfect leader to shape the next generation of Padel XTRA coaches and players.
